Cathy had a goal:

To land a new COO opportunity
where the culture aligned to her values

Transitioning from a Culture that had Changed

Due to New Leadership

to Landing Exciting New COO Role in Biotech Startup

Cathy had advanced quickly at a high-growth biotech scale-up that had performed well in the market.

Key to the success of this growth was Cathy's progressive leadership contribution that built out the necessary operations, top-tier talent recruitment and capability building, and culture.

She had grown exponentially in a few short years.

Upon appointment of a new CEO, she knew it was time to explore other opportunities due to a growing misalignment of values.

However, this time, she was no longer entering the market at a junior, director-level of an organization; she was now playing at the C-suite level.

In order for her to be successful in this search, her value narrative, pitch, presentation, and marketing collateral needed to position her correctly at this level.
