2025 Terms and Conditions of Agreement | Services Agreement

TCA Branding Solutions, a division of Piper Strategy LLC – Empowering New Possibilities

TCA Branding for Executives and TCA Branding for Aspiring Leaders are both divisions of Piper Strategy LLC.

BRANDING, COACHING, CAMPAIGN, AND DISTRIBUTION SERVICES: Work is ordered as described on the company invoice/contract. Client agrees to pay all fees in full associated with requested work. Work scope entails the following:

• Each branding project commences with the Client responsible for requested prep work and 2 (1-hour) comprehensive Strategy Calls (3 if needed) to discuss strategy and curate information and insights needed for bespoke branding project.  

• Development of branded materials will commence upon completion of the prescribed consultation Strategy Calls and positioned according to the agreed upon target following completion of the Strategy Call process. Client is responsible for continued collaboration during the crafting and development phase, in which timely response to questions to define measurable metrics and additional pertinent information is given.

• Project quoted can include design features enabled by MS Word. Any graphics desired outside this scope will be Client’s responsibility.

• Initial résumé draft will be delivered within 14 business days* following completion of a successful Strategy Call process. Draft will be delivered via email and developed in MS Word. Upon receipt of the résumé draft, Client will review and provide necessary edits and feedback via email within 2 weeks.  Upon receipt of Client’s initial feedback, Piper Strategy LLC will make revisions accordingly and return to Client in 2-3 business days if no major revisions are required.  If major revisions are required, a 5-day turnaround will apply.

• Exception for Turnaround Times: * For updates, Accelerator Programs, customized solution packages, turnaround times are listed on the Statement of Work and built on an individual case basis.

• Upon Client’s initial feedback, if branding and voicing of résumé is “on target,” development of additional branded materials in Client’s service package will commence and be delivered to Client via email in 5-7 business days.

• Three revisions are included in the scope of this service. This entails revisions only for the agreed upon target strategy at the inception of the project.  Any revisions requested to re-orient the résumé for alternate job targets outside initial scope requires additional charges. Revisions for all documents are to be finalized within 8 weeks following initial receipt date of résumé draft, or Client will accept work as written.  Piper Strategy LLC is not responsible for incorporating any changes requested by client after the final résumé is submitted to the client or after the 6-week revision period has completed. Final corrections and revisions, following Client’s final proofing, will be made and returned to Client within 2-3 business days.

• Client is responsible for uploading newly developed LinkedIn content to his/her profile. 

• For the LinkedIn Accelerator Campaign, Client is responsible for having a LinkedIn premium account and setting up and payment for a 2-month subscription with preferred LinkedIn Automation Tool provider. Client will need to link his/her LinkedIn profile account to the Automation Tool and provide Piper Strategy LLC with Automation Tool Provider credentials to log-in and stand-up the campaign for client.

• If Client has invested in a Branding Package that includes Coaching, Coaching is to be completed within 6 months following receipt of Initial Resume Draft, unless if otherwise specified differently in Statement of Work.

• If Client has invested in a Branding Package that includes the Special Promotional Bonus (Tailoring), this promotion expires within 2 months of finalizing the 1st resume, in which tailoring must be completed within this 2-month window. 

• 100% of fees are payable upfront to Piper Strategy LLC to confirm 1st Strategy Call and Client’s queue in the production calendar.

• Once this contract is signed and payment completed, Client will be forwarded proprietary Branding Consultation Prep Work, (aka Customized Thought Starter Questions), and fees for services are neither cancelable nor refundable, even if Client terminates the service before it is completed.

• The content and suggested format of the résumé is discussed upfront. Any additional re-working or re-formatting will have to be charged additional fees, depending on the complexity.

• Piper Strategy LLC is not responsible for information obtained from client that is inaccurate or incorrect. Please be accurate with your titles, job descriptions, dates, education, and activities.

• Piper Strategy LLC’s liability is limited to the completion of work and assumes no liability after résumé has been proofread and Proofreading Agreement has been signed by Client. It is agreed that in the event of any legal action, the laws of Massachusetts will apply, that venue will lie in Essex County, MA, and only the courts located there will have jurisdiction over the parties.

• Client agrees to pay an additional fee of $35.00 on all returned checks, plus legal and collection fees.

 

PUBLISHING: By signing this agreement, Client agrees to have any work created used in any publications, books, websites, or lectures created by Piper Strategy LLC. Name, address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, company names will be changed.

COMPLETION TIME: Standard turnaround time for résumé draft is 14 business days (or as detailed in the Statement of Work for updates, Accelerator Programs, and customized solution packages), from completion of a successful Intake Call process. Rush charges will apply if drafts are needed earlier than stated delivery times in this contract.  

AGREEMENT: I, the payer/client, agree to the terms and objectives outlined in this proposal.
